Logo Design
We create logos for most any kind of business; corporate, small business, tech, real estate, retail or e-commerce businesses, restaurants, professional and personal websites, forums and signatures, fashion, music industry, animated or Flash, cartoon, kid, and baby logos, and so much more.
We will consult with you regarding logo style and requirements such as width, height, and weight (file size), colors, preferred font style/s, and other input to create your custom logo. You can be very specific or leave the creativity to us; either way, we will prepare up to 3 initial, unique samples from which you can choose depending on the option ordered (see table below). If you have already-made graphics or photos, or pre-owned fonts you wish used in your logo, simply supply them to us.
Basic Logo Package
Our basic option provides you with 3 unique design samples from which to choose, but we don't limit you. You can order as few or as many unique samples with as many of revisions or edits as you wish. Just let us know what you want!
Creation Process for Logo
During the course of the design process, sample files will be uploaded onto a private, online web server. Links to these samples will be sent to you to review at your convenience. Provide us with your thoughts, any modifications, or approval. We are always prompt in our communications and promptly following through with any changes.
Logo Payment
Logos over $300.00 will require 1/2 of the total initial invoiced balance before commencing work. We do offer a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your project, minus a non-refundable 25% fee, prorated up to but not more than $150.00, according to the final invoiced price. If during the course of the design process price adjustments are needed, no price change will occur without prior discussion and your approval.
When and how do I get my logo?
When we have received your final approval of the completed logo project, payment in full of the remaining balance is due. Upon receipt of funds we will (your choice) upload a zip file of the source files to our server for you to download, upload the files to your server, email you a zip file of the files (if not too large), or burn you a CD with the files. A slight fee to cover our media and shipping & handling costs will occur for media packaging and mailing CDs.
Do I own the logo?
Upon our acknowledged receipt of payment in full for the logo, it is yours fully and completely - you own the copyright and are free to do with the logo whatever you want; such as make modifications, apply a trademark, etc. If you require a TM (trademark sign) on your logo, let us know and we will add a TM sign for you. We can also apply watermarks.
Note that any and all work product and samples are copyrighted and remain the exclusive property of The Designs Work unless and until they are paid for in full.
Do you work with deadline dates?
Absolutely. Just let us know your deadline date when ordering. If we cannot meet your deadline, we'll tell you.
